Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your order you can return it within 14 days without having to state any reason. This also applies to discounted goods. We will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods. Please use Red Lychee Return Form enclosed with your delivery when making a return. Please contact us by email: email@example.com before you send the product back.
After 14 days, product is not eligible for return.
1. Returns procedure
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (Credit Card, Bank Account, PayPal Account or Gift Card) if returned within 14 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. Please enclose a filled–up Red Lychee Return Form.
Please note, that you can only return to Red Lychee products which have been purchased directly through this Website. If you purchased your Red Lychee products at a retail store or from another websites the products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.
2. Condition of returned goods
We will gladly take back your order if you are not satisfied, etc. without any difficulties. Please note, however, that items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Furthermore, the goods must have the original labels.
Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an secure, insured and tracked delivery service.
All returns of goods that have obviously been used (e.g. make-up stains, lipstick stains, odour) and that therefore cannot be sold will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer, who will be billed accordingly.
3. Delivery costs
If you are returning goods we will refund you only the cost of the first – original Standard Delivery costs. If you have opted more expensive means than the Standard Delivery option offered, you will not be refunded the full delivery cost. Please note, also, that we will not refund the returning delivery charge.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product please return it for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Refund Timeframe
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement after the receipt of goods at our warehouse. The length of time depends solely on your payment method and payment company’s policies.
